冲洗液温度对经尿道前列腺电切除术后膀胱痉挛的影响

目的探讨不同温度冲洗液对经尿道前列腺电切除术后膀胱痉挛的影响。方法将128例行TURP患者随机分成2个组,每组64例。每组分别采用不同温度冲洗液持续冲洗膀胱[A组为20～28℃,B组为35～37℃],观察患者术后4 d内尿液红细胞计数及冲洗过程中膀胱痉挛发生率、膀胱痉挛程度、持续时间、人均发作次数、尿液转清时间及冲洗液总量等,并进行对比分析。结果 B组在上述方面对术后膀胱痉挛的影响明显低于A组。有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论选择35～37℃冲洗液持续冲洗膀胱,可有效减少术后膀胱痉挛发生的次数,减轻患者的疼痛,有助于术后早日康复。

INFLUENCE OF CHANGING THE TEMPERATURE OF IRRIGATION FLUID ON BLADDER SPASM AFTER TRANSURETHRAL RESECTION OF PROSTATE

Objective To explore the influence of changing the temperature of irrigation fluid on bladder spasm after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods 128 patients who treated with continuous bladder spasm after TURP were randomly divided into 2 groups（A and B） ,which temperature range of irrigation fluid were 20 -28℃ and 35 ~ 37℃. Urine RBC within 4d, incidence of bladder spasm, bladder spasticity, duration, per capita of sei- zures, clearance time of urine and total fluid volume, etc. were observed and comparatively analyzed after TURP. Re- sults In B group the impact on of bladder spasm in the above aspects were significantly lower than A group（p 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion The 35 ~ 37~C irrigation fluid could decrease the incidence of bladder spasm, not only alleviate the pain of patients, but also promote postoperative recovery.
