Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical efficacy and side effects of docetaxel/cisplatin regiment and gemcitabine/cisplatin regiment in the patients with advanced non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC).Methods:Seventy-six patients with advanced NSCLC who were chemotherapy-naive were enrolled in two groups.In docetaxel group (DP group) the patients received docetaxel 75 mg/m 2 and cisplatin 60mg/m 2 on day 1.In gemcitabine group (GP group) the patients received gemcitabine 1000mg/m 2 on day ... |
