| 摘 要： | 本文分析胸部结节病的影像学表现,讨论诊断及鉴别诊断。材料和方法:26例病人分2组:A组18例有胸片与CT对照,B组8例单有胸平片。结果:1.CT显示胸内肿大淋巴结的部位和组数及肺内病变种类及量都比胸平片显示多,两者的P<0.005。2.本组病人有罕见表现:2例有胸腺结节伴钙化,其中1例胸腺病灶为本病唯一表现。结论:CT及HRCT对胸部结节病的诊断、分期、随访及鉴别诊断有价值。需与淋巴瘤及肺部癌性淋巴管炎鉴别。

| Abstract: | Purpose: To analyze the imaging features of intrathoracic sarcoidosis and discuss the diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Materials and methods; 26 cases were divided into two groups. Group A consisted of 18 cases who had chest films and CT scans (including HRCT); group B consisted of 8 cases who had chest films only. Result; CT scans showed lymphadenopathy and lung lesions better than plain films. In both condition P< 0.005. In our cases, there was rare finding: 2 cases showed thymic nodules and all had calcification deposited in the two lesions. Conclusion: CT and HRCT scans are valuable on the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, staging and follow -up studies of chest sarcoidosis. The differential diagnosis which should be considered is lymphoma and lymphangitis carcinoma of the lung. |
