| 摘 要： | 目的探索抗生素使用与复发性外阴阴道念殊菌病（RVVC）是否存在相关性。方法通过问卷调查形式，对我院妇科门诊复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病及外阴阴道念珠菌病（VVC）患者就抗生素使用频率、每次抗生素使用时间、使用抗生素的间隔时间和抗生素联合使用情况进行调查，对问卷数据进行统计分析。结果参加调查的复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病患者为67例，外阴阴道念珠菌病患者58例，结果显示抗生素使用频率与RVVC存在相关性（OR=2．2237，P〈0．05）。结论频繁使用抗生素可能增加RVVC的发生风险，应尽量避免短时间内频繁使用抗生素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation between antibiotics using and recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis. Methods One hundred and twenty - five patients attended to Out - patient Department of Gynecology from December 2007 to January 2009 were enrolled in this study. The questionnaires were conducted by investigator and the data were analyzed by logistic statistics. Results The patients include 67 cases with RVVC and 58 cases with VVC. The logistic regression analysis showed that the frequency of antibiotics using was a risk factor of RVVC （ P 〈 0. 05 , OR = 2. 2237）. Conclusion Use antibiotics too often may be related to higher risk of RVVC. The reasonable application of antibiotics wouht be vely important. |
