| 摘 要： | 目的:研究醒脑静注射液(麝香、冰片、栀子、郁金)的质量标准.方法:分别以高效液相色谱法和气相色谱法测定了醒脑静注射液中的麝香酮、冰片的含量.结果:麝香酮的平均回收率为98.3%(RSD=0.41%,n=3),冰片的平均回收率为97.7%(RSD=0.54%,n=3).结论:该法重现性好,可有效地控制醒脑静注射液的质量.

| Abstract: | AIM: To study the quality standard for Xingnaojing Injection (Moschus, Borneolum Syntheticum, Fructus Gardeniae, Radix Curcumae). METHODS: Two main components, muscone and bornel, were determined by HPLC and GC, respectively. RESULTS: The average recoveries were 98.3%( RSD was 0.41% , n=3 ) for muscone and 97.7%( RSD =0.54%, n=3 ) for borneol, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is available with a good reproducibility and can control the quality of this preparation effectively. |
