大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后血流动力学变化

摘    要:目的观察大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后血流动力学和血流量变化。方法线栓法制作急性大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型,将30只大鼠随机分为假手术组和脑缺血再灌注3、6、12、24h组,每组6只。观察假手术组、脑缺血再灌注后各组平均动脉压(MAP)、海马血流量、血黏度和红细胞压积的改变。结果脑缺血再灌注后3、6h,右侧海马血流量显著降低;MAP在脑缺血再灌注3h显著高于假手术组(P<0.01);全血黏度在缺血再灌注后3、6、12h明显高于假手术组(P<0.01或P<0.05);红细胞压积在脑缺血再灌注后3、6h显著大于假手术组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤后引起明显的血流动力学和血流量改变。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of hemodynamics and cerebral blood flow after cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injurg in rats. Methods With thread method, cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury model of rats was established. The rats were randomly divided into the groups as sham operated control group and the groups of ischemia-reperfusion for 3 , 6 , 12, 24 h,6 animals per group. Changes of regional blood flow in hippocampus(MAP),plasma viscosity and hematocrit were observed following cerebral ischemia-reperfasion injury in rats. Results After the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, regional blood flow in hippocampus was decreased at the 3rd h and 6th h in the right lateral.Level of MAP in the group of ischemia reperfusion for was significant higher than that in the sham operated control group (P< 0.01 or P< 0.05). Whole blood viscosity in the groups of ischemia reparfusion for 3 h,6 h and 12 h was significantly higher than that in the sham operated coutrol group(P< 0.01 or P< 0.05). Hematocrit in the groups of ischemia reperfusion for 3 h and 6 h were markedly higher than that in the sham operated coutrol group(P< 0.01 or P< 0.05). Conclusion Cerebral blood flow is markedly decreased and hemodynamics is affected after focal cerebral infarction in rats.
