豚鼠胸内压测定方法的改进

目的探索一种测量豚鼠胸内压的新方法。方法豚鼠麻醉后背位固定，沿第五、六肋骨间隙插入静脉留置针，其外套与压力换能器相连通过电脑获得豚鼠胸内压的变化曲线。结果用静脉留置针代替胸内导管可以测量豚鼠胸内压。结论此方法操作简便、对动物损伤小。

Improvement of Measurement of Intrathoracic Pressure in Guinea-Pigs

Objective To establish a new technique for measurement of intrathoracic pressure in guinea-pigs. Methods When an anaesthetized guinea-pig was fixed on the back, an i.v. catheter was punctured into the thoracic cavity between the fifth and sixth costal bones. Then slowly take out its core and immediately connect its chlamyd with a pressure transducer. At this time, the computer will display the curve of intrathoracic pressure. Results i.v. catheter replacing the endothoracic catheter can be used to measure the intrathoracic pressure in guinea-pigs. Conclusion It has been shown that this method is simple and practical, hardly leading to injury to the pulmonary lobes in anlmals.
