多器官功能障碍综合征患者床旁血滤疗效分析

目的观察分析伴ARF的MODS患者床旁血滤疗效。方法该组24例MODS患者，CWH采用赞森尤斯公司生产的F60血滤器，应用Gambro血泵，置换液流量400～1000mL／h，血流量200～300mL／min，超滤100～200mL／h。结果本组24例患者存活7例，存活率29.2％，死亡17例，死亡率70．8％。其中11例死于感染性休克，多脏器功能衰竭；4例死于消化道大出血；2例死于脑疝。结论连续性血液净化治疗能明显改善MODS合并急性肾衰竭患者的预后，CVVH是抢救MODS非常重要的方法。

Clinical analysis of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome patients treated with bedside continuous Veno-venous Hemofitration

[Objective] To investigate the effect of acute renal failure (ARF) and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) patients treated with bedside haemodialysis. [Methods] There were 24 MODS patients treated with continuous venous Venous Haemodyalysis (CVVH) in which the colander was F60 made in the company of F, the pump was Gambro, the flux of the transposition fluid was 400~1 000 mL/h, the flux of the blood was 200~300 mL/h and the filtrate was 100~200 mL/h. [Results] Among the 24 cases, 7 patients survived and the livability was 29.2%,17 patients died and the mortality was 70.8%, among which 11 died of infectious shock and MODS, 4 died of bleeding from the upper intestine and 2 died of the cerebral herniation. [Conclusion] The prognosis of ARF and MODS patients were improved with continuous haemodialysis and CVVH was one of the important methods in rescuing the MODS.
