| 摘 要： | 目的观察局部热疗加化疗治疗晚期胃癌疼痛的临床疗效。方法将84例晚期胃癌疼痛患者随机分成2组。对照组42例进行单纯化疗,采用亚叶酸钙+氟尿嘧啶+奥沙利铂方案(FOFOX4),21d为1个周期。治疗组42例,在对照组化疗方案基础上加局部热疗治疗,化疗第1d开始应用,隔日1次,每次1h,1个疗程3次,周期与对照组相同,治疗2个周期后分别对2组疼痛治疗效果进行评价。结果治疗组对疼痛的有效率为88.0%,对照组为76.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论局部热疗加化疗对晚期胃癌疼痛的疗效优于单纯化疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of local hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy for patients with advanced gastric cancer pain.Methods 84 patients with advanced gastric cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups.42 cases in control group were treated by chemotherapy（including the folic acid calcium,5-fluorouracil and oxaliplatin）.The therapeutic cycle was 21 days.42 patients in the treatment group were treated by local hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy.Pain therapy effect was evaluated.Results The effective rate for pain in the treatment group（88.0%） was higher than that in control group（76.2%,P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of local hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy for patients with advanced gastric cancer is better than only chemotherapy. |
