心力衰竭合并肾功能不全患者血液透析的观察与护理

目的:探讨心力衰竭合并肾功能不全患者血液透析效果及护理措施。方法:选择我院2010年1月—2012年2月收治的35例心力衰竭合并肾功能不全患者,对其进行血液透析治疗。观察患者治疗前、后血压、心率、呼吸、肾功能、电解质等指标改变情况,总结透析治疗的有效护理方法。患者血液透析治疗后K+显著低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Na+、Cl-与治疗前相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结果:心力衰竭合并肾功能不全患者经全面护理后血压、心率、呼吸、肾功能显著改善,与护理前相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05);患者护理后K+显著低于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而Na+、Cl-与护理前相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:对心力衰竭合并肾功能不全患者给予血液透析治疗与全面有效的护理具有良好的临床治疗效果。

The Observation and Care of Heart Failure and Renal Dysfunction in Patients with Hemodialysis

Objective:To explore the effect and care of patients with hemodialysis measures of heart failure and renal dysfunction.Methods:35 cases in our hospital from January 2010 to February 2012 of heart failure patients with renal dysfunction were taken for blood dialysis.The changes in blood pressure,heart rate,respiration,kidney function,electrolytes,and other indicators observed in patients before and after treatment were observed and summed dialysis care.K+ after hemodialysis treatment in patients was significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and Na+,Cl-and pre-treatment was without significant difference(P>0.05).Results:The heart failure and renal insufficiency patients after hemodialysis blood pressure,heart rate,respiration,kidney function was significantly improved,and it was with significant difference(P<0.05) compared with before treatment;hemodialysis treatment in patients after K+ was significantly lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and Na+,Cl-and pre-treatment was with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect for heart failure and renal insufficiency treated with hemodialysis treatment is good,and it is with a comprehensive and effective care.
