| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨全麻和硬膜外麻醉在剖宫产术的效果。方法:回顾性分析我院行择期剖宫产的40例孕妇的临床资料,其中12例产妇采用了静脉全麻,28例产妇采用了硬膜外麻醉的方法,观察两组的产妇手术指标及新生儿Apgar评分情况,产妇的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)等指标。结果:两组孕妇在整个剖宫产的手术时间、切皮至娩出时间以及新生儿Apgar评分等指标基本相当(P>0.05),麻醉前、后两组产妇的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)等指标均较平稳,差异无明显统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:全身静脉复合麻醉在剖宫产手术中的效果与传统的硬膜外麻醉基本相同,值得临床推广和应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in cesarean section.Methods:40 pregnant women were divided into intravenous anesthesia group(12 cases) and epidural anesthesia(28 cases).The maternal surgery indicators and Apgar score were observed.Results:The entire cesarean surgery time,the disengagement time,and Apgar score for two groups were very similar(P>0.05),MAP,HR,SpO2 parameters for two groups were similar and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of systemic intravenous anesthesia in cesarean section and traditional epidural anesthesia is basically the same,worthy of promotion and application. |
