| 摘 要： | 目的通过观察T淋巴细胞亚群、B细胞、NK细胞活性来探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者与免疫功能的关系。方法采用流式细胞术分别测定45例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者、45例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并慢性肺心病患者和45例健康体检者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、B细胞、NK细胞的水平。结果慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺心病与健康者比较CD3、CD2、CD2/CD8和NK细胞是下降的，CD8是增加的，差异有显著性（P〈0.05），但B细胞的检测变化不大，差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病的发展和预后与免疫功能水平有着密切关系。 |
