摘    要:
目的 探讨Pyramesh钛网配合器配合Orion钛板在颈脊髓损伤手术中的应用价值。方法 采用Pyramesh钛网对11例颈脊髓损伤患者行颈前路减压、植骨(原位/髂骨)融合,配合应用ACLPS(anterior cervical locking plate system)内固定(Orion钛板)。结果 11例患者均获随访,时间3-24个月,9例≥6个月,2例≥3个月。9例巳获骨性愈合,术后椎间高度及生理弯曲维持满意,无一例发生植入物并发症。结论 采用Pyramesh钛网配合Orion钛板行锥间融合内固定能充分保证固定节段的稳定性,植骨愈合率高,有效地维持了椎间高度和生理曲度,在颈脊髓损伤中有较大的应用价值。远期效果还有待于进一步观察。

Abstract:
Objective To study the application of titanium mesh cage and Orion anterior cervical locking plate system (ACLPS) in the treatment of cervical spinal injuries.?Methods 11 cases of cervical spinal injuries were treated by anterior decompression, bone grafting, intervertebral fusion with titanium mesh and Orion ACLPS fixation.?Results Follow-up (for more than 6 months in 9 cases and more than 3 months in 2 cases) revealed complete fusion of bone graft in 9 cases, satisfactory intervertebral height and physiology curves, and absence of obvious complications of hardware fixation.?Conclusion The presented method can ensure the stability of the fixed segments and promote bone fusion, maintain the intervertebral height and physiology curves. The procedure is promising in the treatment of cervical spinal injuries, but longer follow-up is needed to decide the remote effects.
