| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重症妊娠高血压综合征抢救与治疗效果。方法回顾性分析该院收治的20例重症妊娠高血压综合征患者临床资料。结果 20例重症妊娠高血压综合征患者经治疗后,19例顺利分娩,1例死亡;21例新生儿,1例双胎,1例死胎。结论重症妊娠高血压综合征发生心衰后,使用酚妥拉明同时用西地兰效果较好,视病情变化无论心衰是否纠正及时终止妊娠,利于母婴预后。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of severe pregnancy - induced hypertension syndrome treatment and therapeutic ef- fect of. Methods Retrospective analysis of 20 cases of severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome in patients with clinical data. Results 20 cases with severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome patients after the treatment, 19 cases of smooth de- livery, 1 patients died; 21 neonates, 1 cases of twin, 1 cases of stillbirth. Conclusion Severe pregnancy induced hypertension syn- drome in heart failure, the use of phentolamine and cedilanid effect is good, depending on the illness changes both heart failure is corrected timely termination of pregnancy, perinatal prognosis for. |
