腹腔镜与开腹胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的临床对比研究

目的比较分析腹腔镜与开腹胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎的临床疗效。方法将35例应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的急性胆囊炎患者设立为A组,另选择同期35例应用开腹胆囊切除术治疗的急性胆囊炎患者设立为B组,比较两组的临床手术观察指标、临床疗效和并发症情况。结果与B组比较,A组术中出血量少,术后住院时间短,并发症少,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎疗效确切,具有术中出血量少,术后住院时间短、术后并发症少等优点,值得基层医院广泛推广和应用。

Comparative Study of laparoscopic Versus and Open Cholecystectomy in Acute Cholecystitis

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic versus open cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis. Meth- otis 35 cases of laparoscopic gallbladder resection treatment of patients with acute eholecystitis was established as a Group A, and the other to the same period 35 cases of application of open cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis is established as a Group B, were compared between the two groups of clinical surgery observed indicators, clinical efficacy and complications. Results Com- pared with group B, group A less blood loss, shorter postoperative hospital stay, fewer complications, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of the treatment of acute cholecystitis, laparoscopic choleeystectomy is precise, with less blood loss, shorter postoperative hospital stay, fewer complications, etc., worthy of wide dissemination and application of the primary hospital.
