| 摘 要： | 目的控制血液病患者化疗性恶心呕吐,减轻患者痛苦,使化疗顺利进行。方法将320例血液病患者随机分为2组。治疗组(160例):枢丹4mg+地塞米松10mg静推;枢丹组(160例):枢丹4mg静推。结果止吐有效率治疗组98.75%,枢丹组43.13%,两组间有非常高度显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论枢丹联用地塞米松对化疗引起的恶心呕吐有较好的疗效。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo relieve the nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy in patients with hematologic diseases, and to secure the completion of chemotherapy.Methods320 cases of hematologic patients were divided randomly into 2 groups: the treatment group (160 cases): ondanseton 4 mg and dexamethone 10 mg I.V.; ondanseton group (160 cases): ondanseton 4 mg I.V.ResultsThe effective rate of the treatment group was 98.75%, and that of the ondansetron group was 43.13%. There was a singificantly difference between two groups ( P<0.001).ConclusionOndanseton combined with dexamethone has a good effect on the vomiting and nausea induced by chemotherapy. |
