| 摘 要： | 目的研究注射用头孢拉定分别与板蓝根注射液、鱼腥草注射液、地塞米松磷酸钠注射液、柴胡注射液等的配伍稳定性.方法采用紫外分光光度法测定配伍后6 h内头孢拉定的含量变化,同时观察配伍液的pH、外观及紫外吸收光谱的变化.结果注射用头孢拉定与4种药物配伍后的pH值、外观、含量及紫外光谱均无显著变化.结论 6 h内头孢拉定与4种药物配伍基本稳定.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine the stability of injective cefradine mixing with banlangen injection, yuxingcao injection, dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection, and chaihu injection, respectirely. METHODS The content and absorption curve changes of cefradine within 6 hours after the combination were determined by UV spectrophotometry. The appearance was observed and pH was determined. RESULTS There were no evident changes in injective cefradine in content, absorption curve, appearance and pH, when it was mixed with the 4 drugs. CONCLUSIONS It is stable within 6 hours after injective cefradine was respectively mixed with the 4 durgs. |
