高原红细胞增多症24例鼻出血临床分析

目的探讨高原红细胞增多症(HAPC)患者鼻出血的临床特点。方法对24名HAPC患者及同海拔健康人血液Hb(g/L),Hct(%),PC(×109//L),PT(s),APTT(s),TT(s),RT(s)进行检测对比。结果HAPC患者血液Hb(g/L)含量Hct(%)显著高于高原健康人(P<0.01),而PC(×109//L)数量明显降低(P<0.01),PT(s)APTT(s)明显延长,RT检测结果无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论因HAPC所引起的血液化验异常可能是HAPC患者鼻出血的重要因素。

Clinical Analysis of Rhinorrhagia on 24 Patients with High Altitude Polycythemia

Objective To characterize clinical feature of rhinorrhagia correlated with high altitude polycythemia (HAPC).Methods Twenty-four patients with HAPC were measured such parameters as blood Hb level,Hct,PC,PT(s) APTT(s),TT(s) and RT(s),and then compared with healthy controls at the same altitude.Results The blood Hb level and Hct in the patients with HAPC were significantly higher than that in the healthy controls at high altitude(P<0.01).But PC in the patients with HAPC was significantly lower than that in the healthy controls at high altitude(P<0.01).The patients'PT(s) and APTT(s) were prolonged obviously(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in RT between the HAPC patients and healthy controls.Conclusion The abnormal findings of blood test play an important role in the pathogenesis of rhinorrhagia in patients with HAPC.
