广州市海珠区医疗单位控烟现状分析

目的了解海珠区医疗单位职工吸烟及开展控烟情况,为有关控烟措施的制定及行为干预提供科学依据。方法采用广州市健康教育所统一制定的调查表,对海珠区辖内的省、市、区属医院及其他医疗机构共22个单位、5585个职工开展控烟情况和吸烟情况进行调查,对调查结果进行分析。结果医疗单位职工总吸烟率为8.1%,其中男性吸烟比例为27.2%,女性吸烟比例为0.03%,男性吸烟率远高于女性。设立控烟机构的单位与没有设立控烟机构的单位,其职工吸烟率有统计学意义,设立控烟机构的单位职工吸烟率较低。医疗单位职工中,临床医生与其他职工相比,其吸烟率差异有统计学意义,前者高于后者,分别为26.7%和17.1%。区属医疗单位职工吸烟率低于省市属单位,分别为5.5%和10.1%。结论海珠区医疗单位开展控烟情况良好,总体吸烟率较低,但是临床医生特别是男性的吸烟率相对较高,有必要对其进行吸烟行为干预。

Investigation of smoking control among medical institutions of Haizhu District in Guangzhou City

Objective To find out the status of smoking control among medial institutions of Haizhu District in Guangzhou City,and to provide scientific evidence for drawing up the measure of smoking control and behavior intervention.Methods A questionnaire survey provided by Guangzhou Health Education Institution was conducted among the medical institutions in Haizhu Dictrict.5585 staffs in 22 medical units attached provincial,municipal and district hospitals were investigated.Results The total smoking rate of the employees was 8.1%,the current smoking rate of male was 27.2%,and the female's was 0.03%.The current smoking rate of employees in the medical institutions which had established the organization to control smoking was lower than that in the controls.The current smoking rate of clinical doctors was obviously higher than the other employers,26.7% and 17.1% respectively.The rate of smoking in district hospitals was lower then that in provincial hospitals(5.5%,10.1% respectively).The current smoking rate of the employees in the district medical institutions was lower than those in the municipal and the provincial institutions.Conclusion The status of smoking control among the medical institutions in Haizhu District was good.The total smoking rate was low,but the rate of clinical doctors especially the male clinical doctors was high.It is essential to draw up some measure to intervene the doctors' smoking.
