摘    要:
目的:本文观察冠心病患者血清总胆红素、尿酸、血脂及纤维蛋白原水平并探讨4者之间的关系.方法:应用全自动生化分析仪及全自动血凝分析仪检测128例冠心病患者及80例正常人血清中胆红素、尿酸、血脂及血浆中的纤维蛋白原.结果:冠心病组尿酸、血脂、血浆纤维蛋白原显著升高,而总胆红素显著降低.血清总胆红素与血尿酸、血脂及纤维蛋白原存在显著负相关r=-0.648,-0.546,-0.526,(P<0.05).血尿酸、血脂及纤维蛋白原未发现显著相关(P>0.05).结论:胆红素、尿酸、血脂、及血浆纤维蛋白原能互相影响,参与冠心病的发病与发展.胆红素的异常可能具有更重要的意义.为我们进一步研究冠心病的防治提供了有益思路.

Abstract:
Objective:To observe the serum levels of total bilirubin,uric acid,blood lipids and fibrinogen and to explore the relationship between them in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:The serum levels of total bilirubin,uric acid,blood lipids and fibrinogen of 128 patients with coronary heart disease and 80 people in control group were measured with Automatic instrument of biochemistry analysis and Automatic instrument of blood coagulation analysis.Results:In the patients with coronary heart disease the increase of uric acid,blood lipids and fibrinogen and the decrease of total bilirubin were all significant.Meanwhile,there was a significant negative relevance among the total bilirubin,the uric acid,blood lipids and fibrinogen(r=-0.648,-0.546,-0.526;P<0.05),but there was no significant relevance among the uric acid,blood lipids and fibrinogen(P>0.05).Conclusion:The total bilirubin,uric acid,blood lipids and fibrinogen can influence each other,and all of them participate in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease,among them the abnormality of the total bilirubin is the most important factor.
