2型糖尿病合并高血压的临床诊治分析

目的：探讨2型糖尿病合并高血压的临床诊治效果。方法：回顾性分析2006年1月～2009年1月我中心门诊诊治的45例糖尿病合并高血压患者的治疗方法,并进行总结、分析。结果：收缩压、舒张压治疗前后比较,有显著性差异（P〈0.01）;其他指标治疗前后比较,无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论：应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂联合Ca2＋阻滞剂治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压降压疗效确切,降压稳定,安全可靠,不影响血糖和脂质代谢,是治疗2型糖尿病合并高血压首先联合治疗的药物。

Clinical analysis of the diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by hypertension

Objective：To explore the effect of diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by hypertension.Methods：From January 2006 to January 2009 in the clinical of the center,the data of 45 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by hypertension were retrospectively analyzed,and summarized.Results：the systolic blood pressure and diastolic before and after the treatment were significant differences（P〈0.01）,but the other indexes was no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The application of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors combined Ca2＋ blockers treatment for type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension step-down,step-down stable,safe and reliable,not affect blood glucose and lipid metabolism,is the first combination drugs for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated by hypertension.
