血标本放置时间对生化检验结果的影响

摘    要:目的 观察空腹静脉血标本放置时间对常规生化检验结果的影响。方法 随机抽取 6 3例住院病人早晨空腹静脉血标本 ,每例血标本分别放置于 3个试管内 ,分别在 1h、 2h、 3h后分离血清 ,检测血糖、尿素氮、肌酐、钾、钠、氯、谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素 9个项目。结果 采血后 2h和 3h的血糖检测结果较 1h有差别 (P <0 0 5 ) ,3h与 1h的氯检测结果有差别 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 空腹血糖应在采用后 1h内分离血清进行检测 ;氯应在采血后 2h内分离血清进行检测。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of laying-aside time of fasting venous blood samples on the laboratory results of routine biochemical items. Methods A total of 63 inpatient cases were selected randomly and their fasting blood samples were collected into 3 different test tubes. Serum was separated in 1h, 2h, and 3h respectively. Altogether 9 items including blood glucose, urea nitrogen, creatinine, potassium, sodium, chlorine, glutamic-pyruvic transaminase, total bilirubin, and direct bilirubin were detected. Results There were significant differences for the blood glucose results between 2h?3h and 1h of blood samples laying aside. There were significant differences for the blood chlorine results between 3h and 1h of blood samples laying aside. Conclusion fasting blood glucose be detected within 1h after the sample collecting. For blood chloride detection, it is better to be detected within 2h of sample collection.
