摘    要:目的在有关经典模型的基础上,探索和改良化学性肝损伤模型,为防治乙肝药物的研究提供合适的试验方法。方法以血液生化、肝功能、肝组织学的改变为观察指标,分别对四氯化碳(CCl4)、D-半乳糖胺(D-Gala)、α-萘异硫氰酸酯(ANIT)化学性肝毒剂致小鼠、大鼠肝损伤和卡介苗与脂多糖致小鼠免疫性肝损伤等进行试验研究。结果根据乙型肝炎的病因、病症和病机特点,成功的建立了类似于乙型肝炎的小鼠和大鼠“黄疸”动物模型、“高转氨酶”动物模型和小鼠免疫性肝损伤动物模型。结论探索并建立的类似于乙肝的化学性肝损伤试验动物模型稳定,重复性好,适用于防治乙肝药物的应用研究。

Abstract:Aim In basis of classical model to explore and improve many experimental model of chemical hepatic injury in order to provide varies methods for application study on drugs of prevention and cure hepatitis B.Methods The elementary study markers were the changes of blood biochemistry,liver function and liver histology.The model of hepatic injury was induced by chemical hepatic toxicity(CCl 4,D-Gala,ANIT),immunity hepatic injury was induced by BCG vaccine and lipopolysaccharide (LPS).Results According to the disorder of hepatitis B and character of hepatitis B infection,many models were set up.They are animal models of jaundice and high transaminase induced by chemical agents which was similar to hepatitis B,the models of immunity hepatic injury induced by BCG and LPS respectively.Conclusing The established experimental models of chemical hepatic injury,which are similar to that of hepatitis B,are stable and can be repeated easily.
