手术室专科化管理的应用与体会

目的：探讨手术室实施专科化管理的成效。方法：通过手术护士配合相对固定、护士与病区相对固定、手术问和专科仪器设备责任制管理、专科护士的弹性排班以及系统化培训与考核，比较专科化管理实施前后手术室护理工作的满意度。结果：手术室实施专科化管理之后，护理工作的满意度显著提高。结论：专科化管理的实施，提高手术室的护理质量，使护患关系更加和谐，医护氛围更加融洽，是现代医院建设和学科专业化发展的方向。
