摘    要:目的探讨鸟巢式下腔静脉滤器置入术对预防下腔深静脉血栓(DVT)引起肺栓塞(PE)的作用。方法16例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者,实施了经皮刺下腔静脉鸟巢式滤器置入术。结果滤器全部安全置入肾静脉下方的下腔静脉内。9例不伴有肺动脉血栓栓塞者随访2~28个月,滤器无移位.无肺栓塞发生。结论鸟巢式下腔静脉滤器用于预防肺动脉血栓栓塞是一种安全有效的方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of percutaneous insertion of the bird's nest in ferior vena cava filter (BNF) for the prevention of pulmonary embolus (PE ). Methods 16 cases of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) were treated with insertion of BNF. Results The filter was implanted into the inferior vena cava below the rena vein with no severe complications. 9 cases with no pulmonary thromboemboism were followed up for 2~28 months,and no mi- gration of filters nor pulmonary embolism was found. Conclution The bird's nest inferior vena cava filter implantation is a safe and effective method to prevent pulmonary thromboembolism.
