| 摘 要： | 目的:了解引起皮肤不良反应的药品种类及其发生的相关因素。方法:对我院皮肤科2004～2008年收集到的396例药物致皮肤不良反应病例进行分类统计和分析。结果:396例皮肤不良反应病例涉及的药物共有149种,其中抗感染药居首位,有211例(占53.28%),其次为中药制剂,有49例(占12.37%);给药途径以静脉滴注为主,有213例(53.79%);一般不良反应345例,严重不良反应51例,其中新的不良反应17例。结论:临床应重视合理用药,预防和减少药物引起的皮肤不良反应。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To investigate the type of drugs which cause cutaneous ADR and its relevant factors.METHODS：396 cases of cutaneous ADR induced by drugs,which collected from the department of dermatology in our hospital from 2004 to 2008,were classifited and analyzed statistically.RESULTS：396 ADR cases involved 149 kinds of drugs,among which 211 ADR cases were induced by antibiotics（53.28%）and 49 cases by TCM preparations（12.37%）;213 cases were caused by intravenous injection（53.79%）.There were 345 conventional ADR cases and 51 severe ADR cases,among which there were 17 new ADR cases.CONCLUSION：Great importance should be attached to rational use of drugs to prevent and reduce the occurrence of cutaneous ADR induced by drugs. |
