| 摘 要： | 目的:评估持续干旱对三七育苗、产新、销售等环节的负面效应并寻求对策。方法:对受灾产区开展实地调查、文献查考和关键人物访谈,对灾损成因和后期影响作出初步分析。结果:西南地区遭受百年一遇干旱,三七道地产区位于重旱区,持续干旱已对三七产业的正常发展造成严重影响。结论:应制订三七产业应对旱情和灾后恢复重建的基本策略,为旱灾困扰下的西南地区中药材产业可持续发展的科学决策提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the negative effects of continuous drought on the breeding, production and sales of Panax notoginseng, and to search countermeasures. METHODS：Field survey, literature review and key character interviews were carried out in stricken production area. Mechanism of negative effects and its future influence were analyzed preliminarily. RESULTS：Southwest China suffered from 1-in-100 chance serious drought, and noted production area of P. notoginseng located serious disaster area. The development of P. notoginseng industry was destroyed by continuous drought. CONCLUSION：The basic strategies of P. notoginseng industry reconstruction should be formulated to provide reference for sustainable development strategies of TCM industry suffering from drought in Southwest China. |
