我院住院患者药品安全知识认知度调查分析

目的:了解我院住院患者对安全用药及药品不良反应(ADR)知识的认知程度,为药品安全监管提供参考。方法:制定统一的问卷调查表,对我院住院患者进行随机调查,通过Excel电子表格和EpiData3.1建立录入系统,用SPSS13.0和SAS9.1软件进行统计分析。结果:回收问卷500份,除去信息缺失较多的调查表,纳入统计496份,有效率99.2%。患者对ADR基本知识、ADR监管知识认知度较高,对于合理用药要素、安全用药原则等知识认知度较低。患者药品安全知识认知度与被调查者的文化程度、职业存在一定关联性。结论:应向公众宣传科学、合理的用药知识,多针对农村地区及低文化程度者开展宣传和教育。

Investigation and Analysis of the Cognition of Inpatients on the Safety of Drug Use in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the cognition of inpatients on the safety of drug use and adverse drug reaction （ADR） in our hospital and to provide reference for drug monitoring.METHODS：Inpatients of our hospital were randomly investigated by questionnaires.The data were input using Excel and EpiData 3.1 and analyzed statistically using SPSS 13.0 and SAS 9.1 software.RESULTS：500 questionnaires were collected and these questionnaires which lacked many items of information were eliminated.496 questionnaires were enrolled in study with recovery rate of 99.2%.The interviewees had a good recognition of basic ADR knowledge,supervision and management knowledge,but a poor recognition of rational use of drugs and the safety of drug use.The recognition degree was related with education degree and occupation of respondents.CONCLUSION：We should propagate scientific knowledge about rational use of drugs.It is imperative to enhance the special training courses in the rural areas and among the groups without much education.
