| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心内科临床药师工作的切入点和药学监护方法。方法:结合3例典型病例分析用药,从药物相互作用、用法用量、给药途径等方面,分析心内科临床药师监护点。结果与结论:临床药师应利用与医护人员互补的药学专业知识,为患者提供直接的药学服务,保证临床安全、合理用药。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To probe into the approach and point of pharmaceutical care supplied by clinical pharmacists in cardiovascular department. METHODS：According to three typical cases,pharmaceutical care of cardiovascular department was analyzed in respect of drug interaction,dosage and usage,route of administration,etc. RESULTSCONCLUSION：Clinical pharmacist and medical staff should enhance their knowledge of pharmacy and offer direct pharmaceutical care for patients so as to guarantee rational use of drugs. |
