摘    要:
目的:持续改善医院药剂科的质量管理。方法:介绍品管圈实施的背景、理论基础和程序等,分析品管圈在医院药剂科质量管理持续改善中应用的可行性,并总结回顾浙江省6家"三甲"医院的药剂科内7个品管圈试点活动,分析其产生的有形成果和无形成果。结果与结论:将品管圈改善方法导入到医院药剂科的质量管理中,可以全面提升医院药事管理的品质,并增加医院药剂科的核心竞争力。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To improve quality control of pharmacy department continually. METHODS: The background, theoretical basis and procedures of QCC were introduced. The feasibility of QCC in the quality improvement of hospital pharmacy department was analyzed. The 7 QCC pilot activities in pharmacy department of 6 class three grade A hospitals in Zhejiang province were reviewed and summarized. The tangible and intangible achievements of QCC activities were analyzed. RESULTSCONCLUSIONS: The methods of QCC were introduced into the quality control of hospital pharmacy department to improve the quality of pharmaceutical administration comprehensively and strengthen core competitiveness of hospital pharmacy department.
