| 摘 要： | 目的:持续改善医院药剂科的质量管理。方法:介绍品管圈实施的背景、理论基础和程序等,分析品管圈在医院药剂科质量管理持续改善中应用的可行性,并总结回顾浙江省6家"三甲"医院的药剂科内7个品管圈试点活动,分析其产生的有形成果和无形成果。结果与结论:将品管圈改善方法导入到医院药剂科的质量管理中,可以全面提升医院药事管理的品质,并增加医院药剂科的核心竞争力。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To improve quality control of pharmacy department continually. METHODS： The background, theoretical basis and procedures of QCC were introduced. The feasibility of QCC in the quality improvement of hospital pharmacy department was analyzed. The 7 QCC pilot activities in pharmacy department of 6 class three grade A hospitals in Zhejiang province were reviewed and summarized. The tangible and intangible achievements of QCC activities were analyzed. RESULTSCONCLUSIONS： The methods of QCC were introduced into the quality control of hospital pharmacy department to improve the quality of pharmaceutical administration comprehensively and strengthen core competitiveness of hospital pharmacy department. |
