莫西沙星与哌拉西林/他唑巴坦联合左氧氟沙星治疗CAP的临床对比观察

目的:观察莫西沙星与哌拉西林/他唑巴坦联合左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选择70例社区获得性肺炎患者,随机分为2组,进行随机、开放、阳性药物对照试验,试验组给予莫西沙星注射液0.4g,qd,静脉滴注;对照组给予哌拉西林/他唑巴坦3.375g,bid,静脉滴注,联合左氧氟沙星0.5g,qd,静脉滴注。2组疗程均为7～10d。结果:治疗结束后,试验组与对照组在临床疗效、细菌清除率方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组不良事件发生率及与药物相关的不良反应发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:莫西沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效与哌拉西林/他唑巴坦联合左氧氟沙星相似,但莫西沙星较后者安全性更好。

Clinical Observation of Moxifloxacin Versus Piperacillin/Tazobactam Combined with Levofloxacin in the Treatment of Community Acquired Pneumonia

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of moxifloxacin vs.piperacillin/tazobactam combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.METHODS：In open randomized controlled clinical trials, 70 patients with community acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into 2 groups.Patients in trial group were given 0.4 g moxifloxacin once a day （iv）.Patients in control group were given 3.375 g piperacillin/tazobactam twice a day and with 0.5 g levofloxacin once a day （iv）.The total duration of therapy was 7～10 days in both groups.RESULTS：The results showed that there was no statistical differences between 2 groups in clinical efficacy, bacterium clearance rate （P0.05）.The safety between 2 groups had statistical difference （P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Moxifloxacin is as effective as piperacillin/tazobactam combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia with better safety.
