| 摘 要： | 目的:观察四味降脂胶囊对高脂血症患者的疗效及对血清高敏C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)的影响。方法:86例高脂血症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例,治疗组给予口服四味降脂胶囊,对照组给予口服阿托伐他汀,连续服药8周。检测用药前、后患者血清血脂和Hs-CRP水平。结果:2组患者治疗后Hs-CRP及血脂水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),2组降幅及疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。2组不良反应均轻微,差异不明显。结论:四味降脂胶囊能降低高脂血症患者血脂及Hs-CRP水平,疗效与阿托伐他汀相当。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To study the clinical efficacy of Siwei jiangzhi capsules in the treatment of hyperlipidemia and the effects of it on Hs-CRP.METHODS：86 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （n=43）.Treatment group were given oral dose of Siwei jiangzhi capsule and control group atorvastatin for 8 weeks.The levels of blood lipid and Hs-CRP were detected before and after medication.RESULTS：The levels of blood lipid and Hs-CRP were decreased obviously in both groups after treatment （P0.05）.There was no significant difference between 2 groups（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Siwei jiangzhi capsules and Atorvastin have the same efficacy of reduing the levels of blood lipid and Hs-CRP in patients with hyperlipidemia. |
