摘    要:
目的:改进50%硫酸镁溶液的制备方法,增加其稳定性。方法:取硫酸镁原料,分别加入冷纯化水(方法1)、热蒸馏水(原方法,方法2)及加热煮沸3min后的纯化水(新方法,方法3)溶解,考察3种制备方法所制制剂中硫酸镁的平均含量及出现结晶情况,并对析出的结晶进行成分分析。结果:3种方法所制制剂6d后硫酸镁含量平均值分别为99.0%、99.1%、101.1%,前2种方法所制制剂分别在30min、约5d后出现结晶,方法3所制制剂6月内未出现结晶;析出的共结晶中含硫酸镁、度米芬、水等物质。结论:新方法所制制剂不易出现结晶,性质更稳定。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To improve preparation method of 50% magnesium sulfate solution to enhance its stability. METHODS: Magnesium sulfate was added into cold purified water (method 1), hot distilled water (primary method, method 2) or purified water 3 min after boiling (method 3). The mean content of magnesium sulfate and crystallization in preparations by 3 kinds of methods were investigated. The qualitative analysis of crystal was carried out. RESULTS: The mean contents of magnesium sulfate in preparations by 3 kinds of methods after 6 days were 99.0%, 99.1% and 101.1%. By the former 2 kinds of methods, preparation separated crystal out after 30 min and about 5 days. The preparation by the third method didn’t separated crystal out within 6 months. Separated co-crystal contained magnesium sulfate, domiphen, water and so on. CONCLUSION: The preparation which is prepared by new method is stable and not easy to separate crystal out.
