光子嫩肤治疗面部雀斑的临床观察

目的探讨光子嫩肤治疗面部雀斑的治疗效果及远期观察。方法采用波长为550-1000nm的IPLEcolite光子嫩肤仪治疗178例面部雀斑患者,治疗3-5次,每次时间间隔为3-4周,每位患者对比拍照、纪录参数并进行临床疗效评估。结果178例面部雀斑患者总有效率97.18%,随访一年复发率16.85%。结论光子嫩肤对雀斑有良好的疗效

Treatment of facial freckles of clinical observe with photorejuvenation

Objective The purpose of this clinical study was to evaluate efficacy and the treatmentand and at a specified future date observefor for facial freckles with photorejuvenation . Methods 178 patients of facial freckles were enrolled in the study. IPL Ecolite device equipped with the cutoff filters of 550-1000nm have been used an to treat these patients. every patient was treated for three to five times at an intervals of 3-4weeks, before and after treatment of clinical photographs and parameters were recorded. Results 178 patients of facial freckles always effective rate was 97.18%, drop by one year recur rate 16.85%. Conclusion photorejuvenation technology can be effective for the treatment of freckles.
