摘    要:目的:探讨磁性附着体在活动义齿修复中的临床应用效果。方法:对来本院就诊的9例牙列缺损患者,利用口内余留牙或残根残冠,采用Magfit血磁性附着体进行覆盖义齿进行修复,并对义齿的固位,咀嚼效率及患者自我感觉随访观察2年半。结果:9例患者戴用磁性附着体义齿后,随访观察期间均对其固位、稳定性及咀嚼功能表示满意。检查发现无牙龈炎症,基牙无继发龋、松动,义齿无折裂,根面板均未脱落。结论:磁性附着体在活动义齿修复中能显著提高义齿的稳定性,能够提高义齿的固位力和咀嚼效率,患者满意度高,并发症少,临床上可推广使用。

THE CLINICAL APPLICATIONS OF MAGNETIC ATTACHMENTS TO REPAIRING REMOVABLE DENTURES

Abstract:Objective: To evalute the clinical effect of magnetic attachment in repairing removable dentures. Methods :9 patients who had suffered dentition loss were repaired with magfit magnetic attachments covering dentures while the remaining teeth or crown and root of molars were utilized. Two years and a half follow-up observation of the retention of dentures, efficiency of mastication and the feelings of the patients was conducted.Results: Since the wearing of magnetic attachments dentures, the patients have been satisfied with its strength, stability and efficiency of mastication. On examination, there were no symptoms of gingivitis, secondary caries, loose abutment and denture cracks. Moreover, the denture palate has not come off. Conclusion: Magnetic attachment can significantly improve the stability, retention of dentures, and efficiency of mastication with high degree of satisfaction and few complications. It can be popularized in clinical application.
