| Abstract: | This article points out that in order to establish an evaluation system of university teachers, the university should grasp the following relationships ： unity and difference of evaluation standard, frequency and cycle of evaluation, quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation, teaching and research, creativity and continuity of the evaluation, and the university＇ s eomprehensive development and teachers＇ individual development. In this way, the evaluation system of university teachers will follow the objective law of university development and contribute to the university＇ s rapid and harmonious development. |
