柔脉胶囊降脂及抗氧化作用的研究

目的：探讨柔脉胶囊调整血脂及抗氧化的作用。方法：选择血脂异常患者１１９例,治疗组（柔脉胶囊组）７８例,对照组（地奥心血康）４１例,全部连续服药１２周,观察血脂及过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）的变化。结果：治疗组总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、低密度脂 白胆固醇（ＬＤＬ－Ｃ）和ＴＣ／高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）在用药后第８、１２周比用药前显著降低。甘油三脂（ＴＧ）、ＨＤＬ－Ｃ在用药后４、８、１２周较用药前亦有显著下降,

STUDY ON HYPOLIPEMIC AND ANTI-OXIDATIVE EFFECT OF ROU MAI CAPSULE

Objective: To inquire into the role of Rou Mai Capsule in regulating serum lipid and Anti oxidation. Methods: 119 cases of hyperlipemic patients were randomly divided into two groups: 78 cases treated with Rou Mai Capsule as the test group and 41 cases with medication of Di Ao Xin Xue Kang as the control group. The drugs were administered to all the patients for 12 weeks, and serum lipid were observed before and after 4, 8 and 12 weeks, treatment and serum LPO was then examined before and after medication respectively. Results: In the test group, TC, LDL C and TC/HDL C apparently dropped at the 8th and 12th week (P<0.01). However, there was no siginficant difference at the 4th week (P>0.05). The experiment also showed that it has the effect of lowering TG and raising HDL C at 4th, 8th and 12th week(P<0.05,P<0.01). In the control group, TC were dropped after 12 weeks treatment(P<0.05), and HDL C were elevated at the 4th, 8th and 12th week(P<0.01), others had no significant difference(P>0.05). The total effective rates of Rou Mai Jiao Lang on TC,TG, HDL C and TC/HDL C were 72.34%, 92.5%, 80.64% and 74.43% respectively. Serum LPO were dropped after 12 weeks, treatment in the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion: The results suggested that Rou Mai Jiao Lang has serum Lipid regulation and anti oxidation effects.
