| 摘 要： | 目的；观察柔脉胶囊抗缺氧作用和急性毒性反应。方法：采用小鼠常压耐缺氧实验方法。结果：观察到柔脉胶囊在常压下有抗缺氧作用，急性实验小鼠最大耐受倍数已达临床成人用量的３２６倍而未出现急性毒性反应。结论：该药具有一定的抗缺氧作用，且安全无毒性毒性。

| Abstract: | Objective: To obferve acute toxicity and the hypoxia tolerance of Rou Mai Capsule. Methods: Hypoxia tolerance test under ordinary pressure was taken in mice. Results: It showed that the Rou Mai Capsule hypoxia effect under of dinary atmospheric pressure,no acute toxic reaction was observed when the dose in mice was equivalent to 326 times of clinical dosage in man.Conclusion:Rou Mai Capsule is effectine,and it is a safe drug. |
