我院2012年门诊西药房872例退药原因分析与解决对策

目的分析门诊西药房退药原因，提出解决对策以减少退药现象发生。方法对郑州大学附属郑州中心医院2012年门诊西药房872例退药情况进行汇总分析。结果引起退药的主要原因为药物不良反应（30．62％）、患者依从性差（24．43％）等；其中退药以心内科居首，其次是消化内科。结论应建立严格的退药制度，减少ADR的发生，提高患者用药依从性，以降低退药现象的发生，促进合理用药。

Countermeasure and analysis of 872 cases drug repercussion of outpatient dispensary in our hospital in 2012

the solutions and Objective To analyze the outpatient dispensary repercussion in our hospital, puts forward , so as to reduce the occurrence of the phenomenon of drug withdrawal. Meth- ods The causes of drug repercussion of 872 cases in 2012 in outpatient dispensary were summarized and ana- lyzed. Results The main reasons of drug repercussion included 6 aspects such as adverse drug reaction （ ADR, 30. 62% ）, poor drug compliance of patients （24. 43 % ）, etc. The largest drug repercussion is the cardiology, fol- lowed by gastroenterology. Conclusion In order to reduce the incidence of drug repercussion and promote ra- tional drug use, strict system of drug repercussion should be established, the occurrence of ADR should be re- duced and the drug compliance of patients should be improved.
