| 摘 要： | 目的研究16层螺旋CT对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法对经临床确诊的58例急性阑尾炎的CT表现进行回顾性分析,行最大密度投影(MIP)、曲面重建(CPR)后处理技术对阑尾大小、形态及盲肠周围改变进行观察分析。结果58例中有56例多层螺旋CT诊断正确。其中急性阑尾炎24例(42.86%),急性阑尾炎并阑尾周围炎25例(44.64%),阑尾脓肿6例(10.71%),炎性肿块1例(1.79%)。直接征象为阑尾增粗增大(直径6mm)、阑尾结石,间接征象包括阑尾周围炎、阑尾周围脓肿或炎性肿块、盲肠末端肠壁增厚和局部淋巴结肿大等。结论16层螺旋CT检查能快速、准确地诊断急性阑尾炎,并能发现除阑尾炎以外的各种病变。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study the diagnostic value of 16-slice spiral CT for acute appendicitis.[Methods] The CT findings of acute appendicitis, proved by clinical operation, were retrospectively analyzed with technology of maximum intensity projection (MIP) and curve intensity projection(CPR).
