正畸在30例外伤前牙固定中的应用探讨

目的探讨正畸弓丝固定前牙外伤的临床效果。方法回顾性分析某院自2008年1月～2010年10收治的因外伤前牙需进行正畸固定的患者32例,共计牙齿53颗,53颗牙齿均用正畸固定技术进行前牙固定,其中应用不锈钢方丝25颗,镍钛圆丝28颗,比较其临床疗效,操作时间及并发牙周炎的情况。结果不锈钢方丝组总有效率为80.0%,镍钛方丝组总有效率为71.4%,两组总体疗效比较,P﹥0.05。不锈钢方丝组,镍钛方丝组发生牙周炎及手术时间,两组比较,P﹤0.05。结论应用不锈钢方丝与镍钛方丝正畸技术固定外伤前牙均可取得一定的临床疗效,但两种弓丝临床应用特点不同,可根据临床具体情况进行选择。

Application of orthodontic to anterior teeth fixed in the injury

OBJECTIVE To explore clinical therapeutic effect of orthodontic to anterior teeth fixed in the injury.METHODS We retrospectively analyzed 32 cases(53 teeth)who had orthodontic to anterior teeth fixed treated in our department from January 2008 to October 2010.The 25 teeth were treated with stainless steel wire,and 28 teeth were treated with titanium-nickel wire,contrasted the clinical therapeutic effect in the groups and the time of treatment and the rate of cementoperiostitis.RESULTS The total effective rate was 80.0% and 71.4% in the stainless steel wire and titanium-nickel wire.The rate of cementoperiostitis and the operation time were significantly different in the groups.CONCLUSION There are significant clinical therapeutic effects in the stainless steel wire and titanium-nickel wire,according to different conditions,choose two wires with different clinical characteristics.
