| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胰腺癌误诊的原因及减少误诊的方法.方法 采用B超、CT、MRI结果或(和)手术后病理诊断.结果 胰腺癌易误诊为慢性胃炎、十二指肠溃疡、胆道感染、黄疸性肝炎、腰椎骨质增生.结论 应警惕胰腺癌引起的消化道症状,应全面采集病史、详细查体及行相关辅助检查,从而减少误诊.

| Abstract: | s:OBJECTIVE To investigate the causes of the misdiagnosis of Pancreatic Cancer and the methods of reducing the misdiagnosed cases.METHODS B-ultrasound,Computed Tomography,Magnetic Resonance Imaging,and the pathologies after operation were used for diagnosis.RESULTS Pancreatic Cancer can be easily misdiagnosed as Chronic Gastritis,Duodenal Ulcer,Infection of Biliary Tract,Jaundice Hepatitis,and Lumbar Hyperosteogeny.CONCLUSION Keep vigilant about the gastrointestinal symptoms caused by Pancreatic Cancer,comprehensively medical history collection,and comprehensive physical examinations and auxiliary examinations should be taken to reduce the misdiagnosed cases. |
