22起食用织纹螺中毒事件的分析

目的了解宁德市织纹螺中毒发生规律与特点,为防控织纹螺中毒提供科学决策。方法对22起织纹螺中毒事故报告的资料进行综合分析。结果织纹螺中毒发生在笫二、三季度共占中毒起数、人数的95.5%和93.6%;发生在渔村和渔排占86.4%;均为家庭误食中毒;临床症状轻重不一;采取去除毒素、支持疗法和对症处理,轻者预后良好;重症病死率为12.7%。结论应建立健全沿海地区织纹螺的食用安全监测网、市场准入制度、食用安全预警机制和食用安全知织宣传长效制度。

Analysis of the 22 items of Nassarius Ningde

OBJECTIVE To learn occurrence and characteristics of poisoning by Nassarius Ningde,so as to provide scientific decision-making for preventing Nassarius poisoning.METHODS 22 items of Nassarius poisoning were comprehensive analyzed.RESULTS The proportion of Nassarius in the second and third seasons accounted for 95.5% and 93.6% of the total toxic poisoning persons.The proportion of poison occurred in the fishing and fish accounted for 86.4%;All of them were poisoned in family eating;The clinical symptoms showed varying severity;toxins,support therapy and symptomatic treatment were conducted for these poisoned patients,and the patients with light symptom showed a better prognosis.The mortality rate among severe patients was 12.7%.CONCLUSION Nassarius food safety monitoring network,market access,food security early warning mechanism should be established in coastal areas to promote long-term system of food safety knowledge.
