摘    要:
尿酸作为嘌呤代谢的最终产物,其血液中浓度的升高和氧化应激损伤与心脑血管疾病、内分泌疾病等关系密切,给患者的工作与生活带来严重影响。本文综述了尿酸的生成、代谢、氧化及抗氧化作用以及氧化应激的机制,并对血尿酸水平和氧化应激损伤的关系作了进一步的阐述,为今后对尿酸的深入研究提供参考。

Abstract:
Uric acid, as the end production of purine metabolism, had high concentration in the blood. The oxidative stress is closely related to cardiovascular disease and endocrine disease, etc. The paper brought great impacts on patients’ work and life. This paper reviewed the mechanism of uric acid of metabolism, oxidation and anti-oxidation and that of oxidative stress. The relationship between serum uric acid levels and oxidative stress was further elaborated for the future in-depth studies on uric acid.
