心理干预可有效降低留置尿管患者尿路感染率

目的探讨心理干预在降低留置尿管患者并发尿路感染率中的作用。方法将50岁以上留置尿管患者445例及50岁以下留置尿管患者386例分别随机分为两组,对照组进行传统的治疗及护理,观察组则在治疗过程中由护理人员给予主动的心理干预,对并发尿路感染率进行组内及组间的统计学分析。结果并发尿路感染率在不同性别间差异不显著,不同年龄段间差异显著,在两个年龄段内观察组和对照组间具有显著差异。结论对不同年龄段留尿管患者护理过程中进行主动心理干预均可显著降低患者尿路并发感染率。

Psychological intervention can effectively reduce the urinary tract infection in patients with urinary catheter

OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of psychological intervention and urinary tract infection rates in patients with urinary catheter.METHODS 445 cases older than 50 years and 386 cases younger than 50 years with indwelling catheter were randomly divided into two groups,control groups were treated by conventional treatment and nursing,observation group were treated with additional active psychological intervention by the nursing staff.The urinary tract infection rate were analyzed.RESULTS Complicated urinary tract infection rate were similar in patients with different gender,which has a significant difference in two groups with different age and has a distinguish difference in observation groups and control groups at the same ages.CONCLUSION Active psychological intervention on the patients with retention catheter can effectively reduce the rate of urinary tract infection
