饮用水及牛奶中多溴联苯醚毒性及检测研究进展

多溴联苯醚是一种性能优良的溴代阻燃剂,属于典型的持久性有机污染物,广泛用于电子电气产品、装饰材料等相关附属产品,具有高亲脂性、持久性、生物积累性及高毒性等特点。本文介绍了多溴联苯醚的理化性质、来源、分布、毒性及常见检测方法。目前多溴联苯醚在饮用水及牛奶中既没有国标方法检测其含量,也没有相关卫生标准。本文建议对生活饮用水及牛奶中多溴联苯醚含量进行区域调查,为多溴联苯醚国家检验标准和卫生标准制定提供一定参考依据。

Research progress on toxicity and detection of PBDEs in drinking water and milk

Polybrominated diphenyl ethers(PBDEs)were excellent brominated flame retardants,which were part of typical persistent organic pollutants.They were widely used in electrical and electronic products,decorative materials and other related ancillary products,with high lipophilicity,persistence,bioaccumulation and high toxicity.This paper presented the physical and chemical characteristics,source,distribution,toxicity and common detection methods of PBDEs.At present neither had the hygienic standard been established to control PBDEs content in drinking water and milk,nor had the national standard for detection been established.This paper suggested that the regional survey on PBDEs pollution in drinking water and milk should be in progress,which can provide reference for the establishment of hygienic standard and detection standard.
