宁夏银川市兴庆区2010年伤害监测结果分析

目的 分析宁夏伤害监测病例特征分布情况,为今后开展相关干预提供依据.方法 采用国家慢病中心伤害预防室统一制作的“全国伤害监测报告卡”,收集宁夏3家伤害监测哨点医院伤害病例的相关信息.结果 2010年累计收集伤害报卡13 133例,男女性别比2.2:1,年龄主要集中在25～44岁,多发生在7月,发生伤害的地点以公路/街道最多见,伤害原因前5位依次为交通伤害(34.16％)、跌倒/坠落(21.98％)、钝器伤(17.68％)、刀/锐器伤(9.69％)、中毒(占7.01％).伤害意图主要为意外事故(82.40％).伤害发生部位以头部、四肢、躯干常见.结论 伤害是一个严重的社会公共卫生问题,应制定切实可行的预防措施,有针对性的开展预防控制工作,以减少各类伤害的发生,维护大众健康.

Analysis of injury surveillance data in Ningxia of 2010

OBJECTIVE To investigate the epidemiological features of injury in Ningxia,and provide evidence for the effective prevention and control of injury.METHODS Three sentinel hospitals were selected in 3 surveillance areas,and the unified record card was used to register injury cases in those hospitals.RESULTS A total of 13 133 injury case record cards were collected in 2010.The sex ratio of injury cases was 2.2︰1(male:female).The people aged 25~44 years accounted for the largest part of the injury cases,Occured in July and the first 5 injuries were Caused by traffic accidents(34.16%),falls(21.98%),blunt injury(17.687%),knife/sharp injuries(9.69%)and poisoning(7.01%).The major injuries intention was contingency(82.40%).The most common injured position was on the head,torso and limbs.CONCLUSION Injury is a seriouspublic health problem.The feasible prevention and control measures should be developed according to the surveillance behavior factor in order to decrease the incidence of injury.
