| 摘 要： | 目的了解全自动持续正压呼吸机(Auto-CPAP)干预对脑梗死急性期合并OSAHS患者糖代谢的影响。方法选择既往无糖尿病史急性脑梗死合并OSAHS患者,随机分为Auto-CPAP治疗组和非治疗组,比较治疗2周后空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖情况。结果两组病人在性别、年龄以及体重指数等方面,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。治疗组经呼吸机治疗后空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖较治疗前明显好转,优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论 Auto-CPAP干预可明显降低脑梗死急性期合并OSAHS患者糖代谢。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Auto-CPAP on glycose metabolism of cerebral infarction patients with OSAHS.METHODS The patients of acute cerebral infarction and OSAHS without diabetes were divided in the two groups,the patients of experimental group were treated with Auto-CPAP.Fasting plasma glucose and postprandial blood sugar were recorded after 2-week treatment.RESULTS There were no significant differences in the age,the gender and BMI between the patients of the two groups(P﹥0.05).The patients of treatment group were improved in fasting plasma glucose and postprandial blood sugar after being treated with Auto-CPAP.The improvements of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P﹤0.05).CONCLUSION The glycose metabolism is improved in the patients with acute cerebral infarction and OSAHS after being treated with Auto-CPAP. |
