2010年西宁市城中区伤害监测数据分析

目的 了解西宁市伤害病人治疗的现况、伤害发生的特点与规律,弄清其主要类型及伤害谱的构成,为该市伤害预防控制策略的制定提供科学依据.方法 2010年1月1日～12月31日期间,凡因有意或者无意导致身体受创伤且首次就诊于监测医院的伤害患者均为本次调查的研究对象,接诊医生亲自询问调查对象,统一填写调查表格.结果 共收到3 836名受伤害者的情况,男女性别比为1.93:1.非故意伤害占伤害总人数的73.28,跌倒/坠落伤占到27.27％,在所有伤害类型中居首位.伤害主要发生在20～49岁年龄段人群,占伤害总数的69.16％.在校学生、商业/服务业人员所占比例较高.公路/街道、家中、公共居住场所为伤害的好发地点.结论 西宁市人群伤害发生情况较为严重,应当及时采取有效的预防措施控制伤害的发生.

Analysis of injury surveillance in Chengzhong district of Xining city in 2010

OBJECTIVE To know the treatment of injury patients,the features and main types of injury and its spectrum among residents in Xining so as to provide scientific evidences for injury prevention and control.METHODS All patients who got injured intentionally or unintentionally and firstly received treatment in surveillance hospitals from January 1 to December 31 in 2010 were investigated by the clinical doctors.RESULTS 3 836 injury patients were surveyed and the male to female gender ratio was 1.93:1.The proportion of unintentional injury and dropping/falling was 73.28% and 27.27% respectively.The injury patients were mostly between the year of 20 and 49 with the proportion of 69.16%.The proportions of school students and business/service people were high in injury incidence.Highroad/street,home and public residence place were the main injury places.CONCLUSION The prevalence of injury among people in Xining city is high and proper and effective steps should be taken to prevent and control injury.
