某院住院患者抗菌药物应用分析

目的了解抗菌药物专项整治活动开展以来,某院住院患者抗菌药物应用现状,分析评价其合理性。方法随机抽取2011年7～9月出院病历159份,对其抗菌药物应用情况进行分析评价。结果该院抗菌药物使用率为56%;使用较多为头孢菌素类及广谱青霉素类;微生物标本送检率低;在药物适应症,药物选择,用药疗程,Ⅰ类切口手术预防用药,药物更换和联合用药方面,仍存在较多不合理现象。结论该院抗菌药物还存在较多不合理想象,应加大抗菌药物的培训、监督和干预力度。

Application of antimicrobial agents in inpatients

OBJECTIVE To understand the application status of antimicrobial agents in inpatients since special rectification activities,to analyse and evaluate its rationality.METHODS Randomly selected 159 medical records discharged from hospital from July to September 2011 to analyse and evaluate the application of antimicrobial agents.RESULTS The utilization rate of antimicrobial agents in the hospital was 56%;more use of antimicrobial agents were cephalosporin and broad-spectrum penicillins;examination rate of microorganism was low;in the aspects of drug indications,the choice of drug,prevention drug for Class Ⅰsurgical incision,replacement and combined medication,there were still more unreasonable phenomenons.CONCLUSION There are still more unreasonable phenomenons in the antimicrobial agents in the hospital,it should strengthen the training,supervision and intervention on antimicrobial drugs.
